A senior technology executive with three decades of leadership experience, Al Monserrat joined ACI in 2020 and serves as the company’s chief revenue officer. In this role, he leads ACI’s commercial organization, which is focused on driving organic growth globally through sales effectiveness, a targeted go-to-market strategy and superior customer experience.

Mr. Monserrat previously served as president of the imaging division at Nuance Communications. Prior to Nuance, he served as CEO at RES Software (acquired by Ivanti). He also held senior executive roles at Citrix Systems, including senior vice president of worldwide sales and service. Additionally, Mr. Monserrat currently serves as a board member for itopia and Seacoast Bank, and he previously held board seats at several high-growth technology organizations.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Miami and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
