Vincent is Head of Group Payments & BCM at Bank of Ireland where he is responsible for Electronic and Card Payment Services and related change and transformation programmes. He also has responsibility for Business Continuity and leads the bank’s operational readiness response to the Covid-19 pandemic. He is responsible for the Bank of Ireland’s participation in the Irish, UK & European Payments Industry including Banking & Payments Federation Ireland, Payments UK and the Euro Banking Association (EBA). Vincent is Deputy Chairman of Euro Banking Association, he chairs the EBA’s Open banking Working Group he is a very active contributor to the EBA’s and other industry activities and events
