J Beltran has over 40 years experience in International Payments in the areas of Cash Management, Treasury and Liquidity Risk Management and more recently in Clearing and Settlement. He has an extensive international profile having worked with large multinational banks in a number of European Financial Centres. Responsible at STET Business Development and International Sales.

Prior to joining STET, he was the major driver in the design and development of EBA Clearing’s STEP2 system.
