Dana May is a performance-driven and accomplished leader with a passion for revitalizing organizations, initiating company-wide campaigns, and capturing untapped growth opportunities. Dana has demonstrated expertise in optimizing productivity, leading staff members, preparing and allocating budgets, reducing costs, monitoring expenses, and adhering to agreed regulations.

Dana learned the value of hard work and dedication growing up on a small family farm in Rockland Idaho, as the middle child of seven. Dana’s hard work and determination inspired him to travel overseas as a volunteer, earn a Bachelor’s and Masters Degree and to gain a diverse background with over 10 years of experience in financial services, transaction risk management and now in customer experience.

Dana understands that the pursuit of excellence is a journey. He plans to continue this journey by leading the customer experience team, which includes digital transformation efforts, at Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Idaho and by teaching, developing, inspiring and mentoring others.

When not at work, Dana can be found spending time with his wife and three children, enjoying the outdoors, watching movies and just being together.
