Guy Hilbert is accountable for implementing, servicing and supporting ACI’s payment solutions to banks and payment intermediaries within the customer’s data center or in the cloud (public, private or ACI’s data center). Among his Services & Support leadership responsibilities, Mr. Hilbert led ACI’s agile transformation of the team which represents Agile squads around the globe, supporting Retail Payments, Real-Time Payments, Payments Intelligence and Digital Banking. Prior to his role at ACI, Mr. Hilbert held a number of senior leadership roles including GVP, North America Strategic Services at Oracle and Client Partner at Accenture. He holds a Masters degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelors’ degree from Vanderbilt University.
