Gregg has dedicated the entirety of his working years to ACI Worldwide, which spans over 32 years. His current role is Sr. Customer Success Manager in the merchant retail payments space, with a focus on the convenience and fuel vertical. Gregg has direct accountability for driving successful long-term relationships with merchant retail clients by helping customers realize the value of ACI secure omni-channel payment solutions. Outside of work, Gregg enjoys getting out on the boat with family.
