Al Lettera is Vice President, Enterprise Applications Development, Engineering and Development Operations for Tractor Supply Co., the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the United States with over 1,900 stores and approximately $9 billion in annual revenues. Tractor Supply is leveraging technology to personalize the customer experience, both in-store and online. Tractor Supply has become a leader in retail of how the power of digital can enrich rural life. During his tenure, Al has led the Enterprise IT teams to enable the company to more than double in size over the last 5 years.

Prior to Tractor Supply, Al worked at Office Depot, as Vice President of Applications Development where he was responsible for several transformations initiatives throughout his tenure with the company. Al also previously worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a principal consultant, supporting several global initiatives with multiple Fortune 300 companies.

Al received his BS in Business from Florida State University. He was also a participant in the Advanced Leadership Development Programs at Florida Atlantic University and Northwestern University. In 2018, he was recognized by RIS as CIO of the year for his leadership at Tractor Supply around improving the customer experience.
