Sanjay Gupta is the Executive Vice President for ACI’s bill pay portfolio, part of the ACI on Demand (AOD) platform. In this role, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company’s bill payment and presentment solutions, evolving the cloud-based platform and developing & executing the go-to-market plans for ACI’s biller segment.

Sanjay joined ACI in mid-2018 with nearly 30 years of experience across the payments, financial services and technology industries. Prior to ACI, Sanjay had senior business P&L, global product management and transformation roles across Western Union, Wells Fargo and Capital One. Before these line management roles, Sanjay was an Associate Principal at McKinsey where he was one of the global leaders in their financial services and technology consulting practices. He started his career with the Tata Group where he worked across multiple portfolio companies across the financial services, consumer goods and automotive industry sectors.

Sanjay has a MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and a B.Tech. in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. He and his wife enjoy trekking in the Colorado mountains and traveling in their spare time. They have two children who are studying in college on the East Coast.
