Ben Mitchell leads the AOD Operational Complaince and Payment Services team with more than 30 years experience in payments and payment processing solutions. Ben has primary accountability for operational complaince, managing customer, partner and industry audits/assements of AODs complaince with regulatory and secuirty requirements, managaging the costs of payment transactions in the Biller Mission, and responsibility for operating the daily customer settlement, execption, proof of cash as well as managaging ACI's biller end point network and check/document printing soluitons.
