Ciaran is responsible for ACI’s company-wide strategy leveraging public cloud and the cross-functional execution of ACI’s public cloud program.

Ciaran joined ACI Worldwide in late 2016, taking on the role of Product Manager for the Cards and Merchant Management (CMM) solution. Since joining, Ciaran has driven the development of a strategic road map for the solution, as well as ensuring the enablement of the solution for all the new alternative payment mechanisms that are coming into being, along with the implementation of support for lower cost technology stacks. Under Ciaran’s guidance, bookings for CMM increased 300% and customer satisfaction increased 40%.

Prior to joining ACI Ciaran spent eight years at Barclaycard, working across Operations, Credit Risk, Project Management and Acquiring Products.
