Don is a business development leader for the Healthcare and Insurance line of business on the Biller Mission at ACI Worldwide. He has over 25 years industry experience working with the industry’s largest insurance carriers and financial institutions in electronic payments, client services and technology. Don has guided carriers and plans such as NJM Insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Horizon BCBS of NJ and UPMC for their consumer payment deployments. Don’s primary responsibility at ACI Worldwide is to lead his team of New Business Developers to pursue new business opportunities, define requirements, identify best practices and recommend solutions for electronic payment and bill presentment applications. Don holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the State University of NY at Albany and an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
