As a Senior Solution Consultant with over 12 years’ experience in the Ecommerce payments industry, Mike provides valuable technical product support to ACI’s North American New Business Development and Customer Success teams. His customer centric focus allows him to accurately identify all project related requirements pre-sale, thus establishing a solid foundation for long-term account success. He previously worked as the NORAM Director of Client Solutions with Retail Decisions (ReD) prior to its acquisition by ACI in 2014.
