His background in customer success has enabled him to scale/build CS Ops from a multitude of Silicon Valley based platform/SaaS companies (currently based in San Francisco, CA). He was most recently at Box (a recognized leader in CS best practices). His experiences in Customer Success strategy have focused on process development, enablement, analytics, & system implementations - which spans multiple systems/tools. Tony is both a certified Gainsight admin & Salesforce admin, whose passion for CS comes from having been a CSM himself.
