Tobias Hilpert is Director of Customer Success Mangement with responsibility for customers who are using the ACI’s UP® eCommerce Payments™ and ACI’s UP® eCommerce Fraud™ solution. His role is to look after revenue growth within the existing customer base and also to identify opportunies for upselling and extending the customers footprint with in ACI. ​ Tobias joined ACI in 2015 with 10 years’ experience in payments industry. ​He has a Master’s degree in International Events Management.
