Tobias Hilpert is Director of Customer Success Mangement with responsibility for customers who are using the ACI’s UP® eCommerce Payments™ and ACI’s UP® eCommerce Fraud™ solution. His role is to look after revenue growth within the existing customer base and also to identify opportunies for upselling and extending the customers footprint with in ACI. Tobias joined ACI in 2015 with 10 years’ experience in payments industry. He has a Master’s degree in International Events Management.
