Katie has spent her career in technology, with the past twelve years working for industry leaders in payments, focused predominantly on the merchant retail space. Katie joined ACI in 2015 to lead the North American Merchant Customer Success team supporting ACI’s existing retail clients. The team has direct accountability for driving successful long-term relationships with merchant clients by helping our customers get the value out of the solutions they hired ACI to provide. Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family at the Lake of the Ozarks.
