Shalini leads the Bank's initiatives designed to enhance customer experience and operational excellence through automation and digitalization. She is responsible for formulating the Bank's future direction and partner with the Board and the Top Management team to drive strategic initiatives designed to enhance shareholder value, ensuring all the relevant support functions run smoothly and are able to create the right systems to support business growth of the Bank, confirming right support architecture is implemented in the Bank and through which the Bank is able to grow and prosper. She is also responsible for delivering innovative retail products to the existing and prospective customers of the Bank.

Ms. Shalini Warrier is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and stood first at the all India level in 1989. She is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.
