Submission Process and Nomination Deadline
Nominations will be accepted by our sales and customer success leaders, as well as Quattro (see full list below). Only 2 nominations per leader are allowed and all nominations must be received via the online submission form. Once a nomination is received, it will be sent to the submitter's direct manager for final approval before the nomination will be accepted for consideration.
Anyone not listed but interested in nominating a team member should reach out to their leader listed below so they can nominate on their behalf.
All nominations must be received by 4:00 PM ET on Friday, December 6, 2019. No late submissions will be accepted. After December 6, all approved nominations will be summarized and sent to the executive team (Quattro) for review and winner selection. Up to 10 awards will be presented during Global Sales Kickoff in February 2020.
Required Information
The following information is required for nominating a team member:
- Nominee's name
- Name of nominee's direct manager
- Current title of nominee
- Nominee's group
- Description of outstanding performance (200 words or less)
- Key deals/Revenue impact
- Name of 3 ACIers who would be willing to provide a short video testimonial about the nominee
