With over 15 years of experience in strategy, solutioning, and execution of technology initiatives, he brings a proven track record in delivering robust IT architecture, managing operational and technology risks, and accelerating time-to-market for critical solutions.

Since joining PayNet in November 2018, LG has progressively uplifted the organisation’s technology delivery through public cloud adoption, AGILE practices, and a comprehensive programme of infrastructure and security enhancements. His current focus is on testing excellence and application modernisation, ensuring PayNet’s systems can scale to meet future demands. Under his leadership, PayNet has significantly reduced incident downtime and recurrence in under two years, while laying the foundation for a next-generation technology platform.
