Ana Ramírez is an economist with a graduate degree in Government and Public Policy. Throughout her professional career, she has held, among other positions, the role of International Consultant at the Inter-American development bank, Advisor at the National Planning Department and Vice President of Economic Affairs at the Colombian Chamber of Infrastructure. She currently serves as Deputy Director for retail payments in the Payment Systems Department of the Central Bank of Colombia, where she is also Project Manager for the technological implementation of the Interoperable Immediate Payments System “Bre-B”.
