I’ve held leadership roles with industry icons including The Clearing House, Federal Reserve System, IBM, and Truist Bank. My diverse background spans more than two decades, during which I have methodically honed my expertise in payments, financial services, strategic planning, product management, and team empowerment. Prior to joining TCH, I spent 7 years with the Federal Reserve Financial Services, as SVP and Head of Product Management. Prior to joining the Federal Reserve, I spent 10 years at IBM as the global executive with full P&L responsibilities ($100M) for IBM’s Payments and Banking software business.
