Tracy Armstrong is Head of Commercial Card Products and Services at TD Bank, where she led the modernization journey of the bank’s commercial card program, launching new products and features while building future ready capabilities used across the bank. Her team focus on equipping front line teams and leaders to deliver better outcomes for clients, and make the product easy to sell, implement, and manage.

Before TD, Tracy held leadership roles at JPMorgan, HSBC, and Bank of America, where she drove product growth and client adoption in commercial payments. She regularly speaks publicly on payments transformation and recently contributed to the Women in Payments community by hosting a POM Café to foster dialogue and mentoring.
