Kerry M. Hogan is Vice President of Customer Experience at Southern Company Gas, where she leads customer care, billing, credit and collections, remittance, energy assistance, and digital experience design for over 4.4 million customers. Since joining the company in 2006, she has driven major advancements in customer systems, process innovation, and the company’s multi-year Digital Transformation Strategy. Kerry also serves on the Board of Trustees for Fernbank Museum of Natural History and is active in several professional and community organizations.
