How do I get my badge?

You can collect your badge from the ACI event registration desk at the Hilton London Bankside at the following times:

8:00 AM-9:00 AM Tuesday, 30 June

What are the event dates and times?

Monday, 29 June - Evening welcome reception at 12th Knot, Sea Containers, 7:00 PM-9:30PM

Tuesday, 30 June - 9:00 PM-5:30 PM followed by closing drinks at the Hilton London Bankside

When should I plan to arrive and leave?

We would love you to join us for our welcome reception on Monday, 29 June from 7:00 PM.
The agenda will end at approximately 5:30PM on Tuesday, 30 June, followed by closing drinks.

Where should I stay?

We have a room block at the Hilton London Bankside. ACI room block details to be added soon.

How do I get a visa?

If you require a visa to travel to the United Kingdom, please send us an email.

Will I receive event updates?

Yes, we'll be in touch periodically via email to update you on the agenda and logistics.

Is there a dress code for the event?

Main event - Business casual

Is there an event app?

Yes, there will be an event app which will be launched a few weeks before the event.

Are there breakout sessions or workshops?

The content will be a mixture of main stage and breakout content. 

Will session materials be available after the event?

Yes, relevant session materials and recordings will be made available after the event.

Food & beverage

Are meals included in the event?

• Light breakfast, morning and afternoon snacks, and lunch will be provided throughout the event.
• A catered reception will take place on Monday evening.
• There will be closing drinks on Tuesday evening.

Will dietary requirements be catered for?

Yes. Please include your dietary requirements when asked in the registration form.
