When should I plan to arrive and leave?

We would love you to join us for our welcome reception at the InterContinental New York Times Square on Tuesday October 21 in the evening.
The agenda will end at 5:00PM on Thursday October 23*.

Where should I stay?

We have a room block at the InterContinental New York Times Square. A deluxe king room has a guaranteed room rate of $494 (plus taxes and fees) from October 20 to 23.

Will I receive event updates?

Yes, we'll be in touch periodically via email to update you on the agenda and logistics.

Food & beverage

Are meals included in the event?

Welcome refreshments, morning and afternoon snacks, and lunch will be provided throughout the event. Catered receptions will also take place on the Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

Will dietary requirements be catered for?

Yes. Please include your dietary requirements when asked in the registration form.
