Visa information

Requesting a Visa letter 

  • During registration, you’ll have the option to request a visa invitation letter from ACI Worldwide. You may be asked to provide a scanned copy of your passport. 
  • Important: Your job title and company name must be accurate and up to date on your registration, as this information will appear on your visa letter. Inaccurate or vague details may delay or invalidate your visa application. 
    Visa letters will be emailed electronically upon request and completion of registration. 

If you are traveling from outside the United States to attend the ACI Worldwide Payments Summit, you may need to apply for a B-1 Business Visa. Each attendee is responsible for securing their own visa. To support you, we’ve outlined key resources and instructions below. 

Do I need a Visa?

  • Use the U.S. Department of State’s Visa Wizard Tool to determine if a visa is required based on your nationality and purpose of travel. 
  • If so, select the relevant box in the registration form so a letter can be generated for you.

Visa Type for Conference Attendance 

  • Most international business travelers will require a B-1 Business Visitor Visa, which permits travel for: 

      •     Attending business meetings 
      •     Participating in conferences and industry events 
      •     Consulting with business associates
