Global Desk Support will be available to help with any laptop or connectivity issues you may be experiencing. You will be able to drop off your machines for software upgrades or desktop support while onsite at the event.
  • Stop by with issues/questions for basic troubleshooting
  • OneDrive or Microsoft Online questions
  • How to back-up data to OneDrive
  • Software updates for questions, concerns, etc.
  • Mapping network drives
  • Junos connection issues, questions or troubleshooting
  • Basic operating system knowledge or questions
  • Laptop tune-ups for performance tuning, memory upgrades and clean up

Attire

Business casual attire is suggested for the general GSKO event. Specific attire is listed below for evening or special events. Consider bringing a sweater/jacket to the sessions as the temperature in the meeting rooms can vary.
  • Monday Evening Welcome Reception: Casual attire
  • Tuesday Team Dinners: Fun casual attire (appropriate jeans ok / no shorts)
  • Wednesday Morning General Session / Volunteer Activity: Follow the guidelines provided during your selection and your volunteer t-shirt that you will receive during onsite registration
  • Wednesday Evening Event: Fun casual attire (appropriate jeans ok / no shorts)

Power Outlets

Remember to bring your travel converters. For Spain there are two associated plug types, types C and F (see image below). Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins and plug type F is the plug which has two round pins with two earth clips on the side. Spain operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.

Guest Policy

GSKO is a work meeting that includes mandatory day and evening events. This is an opportunity to network and collaborate with your colleagues and ACI friends. For this reason, family and guests that may be traveling with you to Madrid are not permitted at any GSKO events.

Expense Guidelines

All travel costs associated with ACI Global Sales Kickoff 2020 are the responsibility of each individual’s travel budget for hotel, airfare, transport and any meals outside of the planned program meals.
 
All meals are provided from Tuesday breakfast through Thursday lunch. Expenses will not be reimbursed for meals charged during this period. Please use your discretion in spending for meals outside of those scheduled. $85 per day is the suggested guideline for food and beverage expenses.
