How to Book Your Hotel
All hotel reservations at Madrid Marriott Auditorium will be made through your GSKO registration. Do not contact the hotel directly or book via your travel agency.
Modify or Cancel Your Hotel Reservation
€188 / $227 per night plus VAT. All travel and lodging charges are the responsibility of the individual attendee's department. Internet and breakfast buffet are complimentary with the rate. Additional occupancy fees may apply for those with family or guests staying in their hotel rooms.
Arrival and Departure
Attendees should plan to arrive at the hotel on Monday, February 3rd and depart the hotel no earlier than 5:00 PM local time on Thursday, February 6th.

Airport and Ground Transportation
The Madrid Marriott Auditorium is 3.7 miles from the Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD).
Complimentary Airport Shuttle
Complimentary airport shuttle service to and from the hotel is available and should be utilized whenever possible.
- The hotel shuttle runs every 30 minutes daily between the hours of 05:00 AM - 01:30 AM.
- Review the schedule for exact timings and pick up locations.

- Estimated one-way taxi fare is €25 / $30
- Rental cars will not be reimbursed.
Parking for local attendees at the hotel is €21 per day.
