Step 2: Register for the event. 

  • During this process you will see Monday and/or Friday meetings you have been requested to attend at GSKO (if any).
  • You will also make your hotel reservation request via registration.

Step 3: Review and book flights or travel using your local ACI-approved travel agency.

Pre-Registration Information

Registration for ACI Global Sales Kickoff 2020 (GSKO) was open from October 28 to November 25. 

Please review the following information and take action as needed:
1. Review the preliminary agenda outlined below paying special attention to the Monday pre-GSKO activities that may impact your travel plans.

2. Review the arrival and departure guidelines below. Check your passport, visa and other travel documents to make sure you are cleared to travel to Spain.

3. Your attendance at ACI Global Sales Kickoff 2020 is required unless you have received permission from management due to extenuating circumstances. If you cannot attend, you must email mbox-aci-events@aciworldwide.com with the reason you will not be in attendance and copy your manager.

4. Managers often take advantage of having their teams physically together in one location. Extra ad hoc meetings will only be considered on either Monday, February 3 or Friday, February 6. If you anticipate bringing your team together outside of the planned GSKO program, you must make that request now. Click here to submit your meeting request by Thursday, October 24; requests will not be accepted after that deadline.  Meeting attendees will need to know if they are required to arrive early or depart later prior to registering and making their travel arrangements.
